Preparing Questions for Your QHHT Session
What to Ask Your Higher Self (and How to Ask It)
If you’re preparing for a QHHT session, one of the most important things you’ll do beforehand is write down your questions. This is your moment to speak directly to your Higher Self — the part of you that sees the full picture, holds deep wisdom, and knows why you’re here.
And if you’re wondering…
“But what do I even ask?”
You’re not alone.
This blog will walk you through how the question process works, what kinds of things you can ask, and how to craft your list so it opens the door for healing, clarity, and real transformation.
Why You Ask Questions in a QHHT Session
One of the most powerful parts of a QHHT session is the second half — when your practitioner gently guides you into a theta brainwave state and communicates directly with your Higher Self (also called the Subconscious or Oversoul).
This is where the gold happens.
As the client, you’ll prepare a list of questions in advance. During the session, your practitioner reads each one aloud while you're in hypnosis — and your Higher Self answers.
These answers are often loving, direct, surprising, and exactly what you didn’t know you needed. They may lead to physical healing, energetic shifts, or simply a deep sense of peace and understanding.
Types of Questions You Can Ask
There’s no wrong question — but these categories might help spark ideas.
Health & Body
- Why am I experiencing [chronic pain / fatigue / illness]?
- What’s the root cause of my [symptom or diagnosis]?
- Is there anything I can do to support my healing?
- Why am I holding pain in [body part]?
Life Path & Purpose
- What is my soul here to learn in this lifetime?
- Am I living in alignment with my highest path?
- What kind of work or service is most aligned for me?
- What’s blocking me from stepping fully into my purpose?
Relationships & Patterns
- What’s the soul contract I have with [person’s name]?
- Why do I keep attracting the same types of people?
- Is this relationship complete, or is there more to learn?
- How can I create more harmony in my closest relationships?
Spiritual & Soul-Level
- Where is my soul from? (Great for Starseed or angelic clients)
- Are there past lives influencing me now?
- What spiritual gifts or abilities am I meant to develop?
- Why have I always felt [X] — different, intuitive, “not from here”?
Everyday Life & Decision-Making
- Is this move / job / opportunity in my highest good?
- How can I create more abundance or flow in my life?
- What’s blocking me from trusting my intuition?
- How can I feel more joy, peace, and freedom day to day?
Tips for Writing Your Questions
- Be clear and specific — you can go deep!
- Avoid yes/no questions when possible — instead of “Is this relationship over?”, ask “What am I meant to learn from this relationship?”
- Focus on what’s emotionally charged — that’s often where healing is waiting
- Use your own language — you don’t need to sound “spiritual” or polished
- Trust what comes up — your curiosity is a breadcrumb trail from your soul
How Many Questions Should I Bring?
Most people bring about 10 to 15 questions to their session. That gives us plenty to work with, without overwhelming the flow.
Don’t worry about perfection — you’ll go over your questions during the interview part of your session, and they can absolutely shift or evolve after we talk.
Sometimes people discover their real questions once they say things out loud. That’s part of the magic.
What Happens If I Forget Something or Freeze?
No stress. You’ll be supported the entire time.
Your practitioner will hold the structure, guide the process, and gently ask the questions on your behalf. You don’t need to memorize anything or perform.
And honestly? Sometimes your Higher Self will answer questions you didn’t even ask out loud. (Yes, really.)
You are held. You are guided. You are deeply supported by your own inner wisdom.
Final Thoughts: Let Curiosity Lead
Preparing your questions isn’t about “doing it right.”
It’s about tuning in — and giving your soul a seat at the table.
Ask what you’ve always wanted to know.
Ask what’s been weighing on your heart.
Ask the weird, cosmic, bold things you think might be “too much.”
Your Higher Self is ready.
All you have to do is ask.
Still curious, Earthling?
